Beauty & Fitting Room Visits [back]
These mystery shops entail a visit to a selected beauty counter AND a selected Womenswear fitting room. The primary purpose of visiting the beauty counter is to assess the service you receive by staff from the moment you approach the counter through to purchasing a product. The main aim of the fitting room visits is to evaluate the service you receive by staff while you are using the fitting rooms.

During each visit you will need to purchase an item from the beauty counter so service at the till can be measured and spend a minimum of £5.00. You will be required to give us your receipt number within your feedback.

One questionnaire per your beauty visit and one per your fitting room visit will need to be completed. As a thank you for your time, we will send you £15 on completion of both online questionnaires.
