The primary purpose of these visits is to assess customer service, but also to
evaluate the restaurant environment and the quality of the food.
You will be asked to visit a specific restaurant, café or bar within a selected store
between 12 - 12:30pm. During each visit you will need to purchase a hot main meal and a drink and spend a
minimum of £5.00. It is important that you make this purchase to ensure you are able to
accurately evaluate all aspects of service and to make sure results are comparable across
the country. You will be required to give us your receipt number within your feedback.
As a thank you for your time, we will send you £10 on completion of the online questionnaire. |
