Store Visits [back]
The primary purpose of these visits is to assess the service you receive from staff.

You will be asked to visit up to 5 departments in a selected store. As you enter each department you will need to check whether staff are immediately visible. Then you will need to browse in each area for 5 minutes and assess whether you are acknowledge and offered assistance by a staff member. No purchase is required during these mystery shops.

One questionnaire for each of the specified departments will need to be completed. As a thank you for your time, we will send you £15 on completion of all the online questionnaires.
