This is where you will be invited to take part in an internet survey. Normally, these will include ‘check box’ style answers as well as some ‘open-ended’ questions where you have the opportunity to write your opinions.

Mystery Shopping [back] |
|
Involves you visiting a store ‘undercover’ and assessing the service you receive. It is important that you read the briefing notes as they include crucial points about the visit you are undertaking.

Focus Groups [back] |
|
They are sessions that involve you coming along to a venue with, typically 6-8 other like-minded respondents, to discuss subjects affecting retailers you use. There is usually a larger incentive for this form of research as it requires you to attend a 1.5-2hr session at a venue near to where you live.

One-on-one Interviews [back] |
|
Similar to focus groups, but, these interviews usually involve going into more detail about your specific opinions on a given subject.

Interviews Via Web Camera [back] |
|
If you have access to a web camera we may invite you to take part in an interview session using this technology. A moderator (interviewer) will ask you questions which you would respond to via the web camera.

Mobile Phone Surveys (via text message) [back] |
|
this involves you participating in research using your mobile phone. Typically, this would be text message based and usually quite a short survey.
