Becoming a Mystery Shopper for ABA gives you the chance to be paid to shop in some of the UK’s largest retail outlets. As a mystery shopper you can experience flexible working hours and locations – you decide which assignments and locations you do. It also gives you the opportunity to really make a difference to these stores.

How do I register?

Please click here to register. Once registered, you will be sent an email asking you to confirm your email address. When this has been confirmed, you will have access to our website, where you can view and book mystery shops.

What makes a good shopper? |
|
You should be reliable, conscientious, with a good eye for detail, you will also need excellent written skills, as your feedback will be seen by the Store Manager and throughout the company’s Head Office. You will need to report your findings to us within 24 hours, so commitment, the ability to meet deadlines and flexibility are crucial. The most important thing is not to reveal your Mystery Shopper status.

What will I have to do? |
|
A typical mystery shop would involve you making a trip to a particular branch (of your choice) to evaluate the service provided. You might be asked to make a purchase and / or return, if this is needed you will be given the details before your visit. You would then complete a short online questionnaire within 24 hours about how you rated the service you experienced.

As a thank-you for your time we would then send you a cash incentive paid via your bank account.

How will I know if there is a Mystery Shop available in my area? |
|
Once you register you will have access to our website where you can view and book out visits in your area (or other area’s if you are travelling). Occasionally, you may receive an email or phone call with additional visits which are available to you.

How much will I be paid? |
|
This will vary, dependant on the length of the visit. It can range from £8 to over £20 per visit. You will always know how much you will get paid before you agree to undertake the visit.

We do not pay for expenses, as the intention is to make this Mystery Shop part of your typical shopping trip to that area. It is therefore advisable to arrange visits that are local and at a time that is convenient to you.

How will I be paid? |
|
