Fancy getting paid to shop?
Would you like to get paid just for giving us your opinion on the service in one
of these stores?

Our clients see service as a top priority and believe that their customers are the
best people to tell them how they are doing. Consequently, we are inviting their
shoppers to become the stores’ ‘eyes and ears’, and to help assess where service
is strong and where improvements are needed.

We, ABA Market Research Ltd, work alongside the brands listed above, plus many more,
and conduct the mystery shopping programme on their behalf. Participants will have
the opportunity to really make a difference to these stores. Your feedback would
be seen by the Store Manager and throughout the company’s Head Office – but don’t
worry, you would remain anonymous! The findings would then become central to staff
training and the enhanced service offered in the future.

A typical mystery shop would involve a trip to your local branch (depending on visit
availability). You would then complete a short online questionnaire about how you
rated the service you experienced. As a thank-you for your time we would then send
you a cash incentive paid via your bank account.
